Dear Friends,
Jazz Aspen Snowmass was a blast to see with friends and marks the transition from one great season to the next. We are just starting to see first signs of fall with patches of scrub oak turning a rainbow of colors and Aspen groves a bright yellow! Snow is not far behind! This time of year, the town quiets down for a hot second and locals pause to admire and remind themselves of the breathtaking beauty that surrounds us! There is still so much to do and see with the upcoming Snowmass Balloon Festival, Golden Leaf Half Marathon, Aspen Ruggerfest and much more!
Real estate in the Roaring Fork Valley is always changing. With inflation and interest rates on the decline we anticipate an increase in new listings and more opportunities for buyers that have been sitting on the sidelines to jump back into the market and find the property they have been looking for. A trend we continue to see is Aspen and Snowmass long time homeowners cashing out of their homes up-valley and purchasing properties in the mid-valley where they can still enjoy all the incredible amenities and activities the Roaring Fork Valley has to offer. We are also continuing to see the luxury high end market of $30 million and above thrive with already seven sales over $30 million so far in 2024 compared to a total of seven in 2023.
Please be sure to check out a list of fall happenings, my new listings, market reports and important updates about real estate industry changes below. As your friend and trusted real estate advisor I would love to share with you my list of exclusive off-market real estate opportunities if you are not finding what you are looking for and as always, I am here to discuss how I can help you with your real estate goals.
Best,
Laurie
