HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! Summer has finally arrived after a very wet spring, making the valley floor and mountains intensely green. The Snowmass/Carbondale rodeos, Fanny Hill free music concerts and Aspen/Basalt farmers markets are where locals and guests can be found besides on trails, in the rivers and on golf courses!

Real estate in our valley is shifting with more inventory and longer days on market. While we are seeing half the number of sales occur, price per square foot remains strong. It will be interesting to see what the market dictates over the summer months.

One thing I do know is our spectacular outdoor environment and extensive and never-ending calendar of events in our charming, special and unique neck of the Rockies never ceases to amaze me.
