2024 saw the highest record-breaking sales ever in both Aspen and Snowmass. In Aspen, a home on Willoughby Way sold for $108 million and a home on Ridge of Wildcat in Snowmass sold for $24.5 million! At the same time, Aspen and Snowmass experienced half the number of single family home sales than the previous year, 65 vs. 144 and Snowmass 31 vs. 67. Inventory across the valley has increased slightly but remains consistently lower than previous years. Overall, Snowmass remains a 40%-50% value compared to Aspen.
