Winter's Not Over Yet!

Spring Break 2022 is here! Days are getting longer which means lifts stay open later! Ski conditions are amazing and as a result Aspen Mountain has just announced that they will be extending their season an extra week, through April 24th. As an added bonus on April 1st, Aspen Mountain will stay open until 6pm with live music and libations. Don't miss out!
The crystal ball question continues to be "What or when will the market change?" Lack of inventory continues to push prices up while buyers line up to purchase what is available. YTD 2021 vs. 2022, on average prices are up over 50% in all segments of the market. Aspen single-family home median sold price rose 62% to $15,900,000 and townhome/condos rose 40% to $2,595,000. A similar story for Snowmass Village where the single-family home median sold price rose 46% to $5,750,000 and townhome condos rose to $1,732,500. Days on market also decreased by 70% to 44. However, just in recent weeks we are seeing new offerings to the market as well as price reductions. This Summer will be a tell-tale.
