In this market update I have included our 2019 Market Report covering all segments of the market from Aspen to Carbondale. Highlights include; Aspen single family home sales volume was up 37% while Aspen condo sales were down 12%. Snowmass Village single family home sales volume saw a 47% increase while the average sold price of condos increased 25% to $1,090,141. As of January 29, 2020 Aspen Snowmass Sotheby's International Realty sales volume hit $156 million- well ahead of 2019's $130 million mark. Overall, a good start to the new year!

Developer Mark Hunt buys more property on East Hyman in Aspen
A group led by developer Mark Hunt has closed on a $10.6 million purchase of the majority of an East Hyman Avenue commercial building located on the same block where construction is underway on Hunt’s boutique hotel.
