Dear Friends,
What a year! Gatherings have been limited and rules have changed but it has allowed us to re-focus on what's important: friends, family, and time well spent together. While people from geographic locations from around the world continue to seek a higher quality of life and refuge here in Aspen, Aspen's real estate market continues to stretch to new heights. No matter what gets thrown our way, Aspen real estate remains finite and steadfast due to our natural topography, deep history, endless recreation and strict building codes. Additionally, the last 40 years have shown a steady track of increasing values.
Our playground awaits you. I look forward to seeing you all here soon and I hope that 2021 is another of many years to come that you enjoy Aspen and Snowmass to the fullest with your family and friends. Resolve for 2021 to make Aspen a place on your Bucket List to visit or live.
Happy New Year and until then be well and be safe.

New York photographer releases Aspen-inspired mask line, Nature Face Masks
Selma Fonseca— a photojournalist for Billboard and a columnist for the New York Daily News before that —found a home in Aspen, and shares her photography of the area through a new face mask line. Fonseca hopes that her masks can help inspire at least some dialogue in a world where wanderlust is otherwise stifled.
