Sweet summer time in the Rockies! Both Aspen and Snowmass have tons of activities and events whether you are attending a concert at the Benedict Music Tent, hiking to the Maroon Bells, perusing the Saturday Farmers Market, riding Valhalla the legendary mountain bike trail on Snowmass Mountain or attending the free Thursday concert series on Fanny Hill, there is something for everyone! Jazz Aspen Snowmass Labor Day Festival is just around the corner with an amazing line-up, so don't miss it, get out and enjoy it before the leaves start to change.

The buzz in local real estate continues to be Aspen core properties and Base Village at Snowmass. Both have so much to offer it's just finding the right fit. Aspen condo/townhomes within walking distance to amenities, shops, restaurants, events and nightlife continue to attract many buyers. As a result, the average sold price is up 56% to $3,026,566.
